What you do at Novu Campus:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our coworking space and support the community with general needs and first-line tech assistance (Wi-Fi, printers, access etc.)
- Act as a key contact person for members and partners and handle onboarding and offboarding of members and manage operational tasks: procurement, mail handling, etc.
- Take care of meeting room setups and coworking equipment to make sure the space runs smoothly and always looks its best
- Assist in planning and executing community events
What you bring with you:
- You enjoy working with people and have a strong sense of hospitality, well-organized and tech-savvy
- You speak both German and English
- You’re about to start or are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – or have recently graduated
- It would be a plus if you have some experience in facility management or space / office operations.
